I finished watching it by myself, which really I think I would have preferred anyway. In the end I thought it was cute, but even the singing got old to me. It might have helped if I saw the musical first though.
Moving on...
Zach and his coach, Reid, conspired with one another and got their wives tickets to see Dirty Dancing for Christmas. Sooooo Sunday was Sam and I's hot, date day. We were supposed to take the train from her house but me and my fantastic navigating abilities sort of squashed that idea (read: I was way late and made us totally miss the train.) But, Sam being the city mouse she is, got us back on track. Let me just say that the show was ahh-mazing. Absolutely fantastic. Goose bump good. I'm a bit of a dancing snob, (I have high standards! Gimmeabreak! Shoulder shrug + exclamation point!) but this dancing was crazy, hold-your-breath, fabulous. Unfortunately, in the rush of leaving, which we all know was pointless because I made us late anyway, I didn't bring my camera. But my date did and as soon as she posts her pictures I'll steal one and add it. All in all, I had such a great afternoon. It was so nice to get to spend some time with Sam, I thoroughly enjoyed it :)

I convinced Doug to take me to see Mama Mia at the theater and (props to him) he sat through the whole thing and hated every minute of it! I have to agree with you, it was cute but the singing did get old after a bit and I LOVE musicals! Sounds like you have fun seeing Dirty Dancing! Good job, Zach!
I STILL haven't seen Mama Mia!
