How I spent my weekend

Friday night we went out to eat for Grandma's birthday! I said "no Steak n' Shake" and so Bennigan's it was. Yummy food, poor service, excellent baby. Then she got us a free dessert for her 71 years of age. I loved the combination of warm brownie + cold ice cream, mmm... salivation. She found 3 lamps, the one for the family room... just perfect. The two for the basement, too short. Debbie was right!

Saturday we went to see the production of "How Sweet It Is". Oh you haven't heard of it? I'm astonished. It is put on by the world renown Dancenter of Pontiac of course. The amazing Elizabeth Meiner was the star of the show. The audience was flabbergasted by the amount of fan support she had. Even a 1 year old child had rehearsed before hand to dance (i.e. clap, snap and sway) right along with the show's choreography. I will post the pictures once I get them!

Sunday afternoon I met my cousin Emily and 2 of her bridesmaids for a fun filled day of DRESS shopping!!!! Oh was it fun. Emily was a beautiful site to see, I can't wait (can't wait, can't wait!!!!) for their wedding.

And as some of you may know our anniversary was also Sunday. I had the best company (second to only my husband) for that blessed day. Mom, Ms. Mitzie and Stephanie all helped me celebrate by watching the wedding video, eating pizza and discussing menopause.

I swear it's video from the wedding, not a porno like it looks. Or is it...

Oh and then Zach hit a homerun and gave a shout out to me when he was being interviewed! Good day.
