D + M = <3

The plan was to leave really, really early Friday morning for David and Melissa's wedding. Zach was supposed to have a game Thursday night, he was going to drive straight home after the game, take a short nap and then we would get back on the road to head to Michigan for the wedding. Well Thursday afternoon rolls around and look who showed up at my desk!! (with roses). Thank you to my mom and Brandie for being accomplices. See I told you guys, I never suspect his surprises! Let's not talk about how the 7 hour trip turned into a 9 hour trip... or how there was a minor incident that involved pulling over and switching drivers because one of the people in the car (not the passenger) was in tears. Anyway, we made it to the rehearsal all in one piece and then to the rehearsal dinner. The views were fantastic! The dinner was held on the top floor of a hotel in Traverse City, we ate and watched the sun set on the bay.It's weird how my hair looks red below.

YAY! What a wonderful weekend. A BIG thank you needs to be said to my parents who watched Reagan all weekend long. He came back to us knowing how to blow kisses!! It is SO cute, take my word for it. And I swear his feet grew while we were gone.
